The Texas Crab Fest 2026 promises to be a tasty mix of Gulf Coast fun for the whole family! Kick off Saturday with a chip-timed 5K and Kids 1K Run/Walk and our 0.0K at our NEW VENUE: Camp Margaritaville Resort Crystal Beach!

The Firecracker 4 is a 4-mile run and 2-mile walk.

Join the Houston Fourth Fest on July 4! The event will include a Road Race (5k, 9k, 17.76k, and Family 1.776k), Houston’s Beer Mile Championship, & Houston’s Hot Dog Eating Contest Championship.

The Yuri’s Fun Run Houston is part of an annual worldwide celebration that commemorates the first human in space, Yuri Gagarin, as well as the first orbital flight of the US Space Shuttle. Both these pioneering events took place on April 12th – in 1961 and 1981 respectively. As such, our race is always run on, or close to, the 12th April, and is often held in conjunction with a Family Space Day celebration with interactive booths, displays and simple water rocket demonstrations. Yuri’s Night celebrations around the world fuel public interest in space exploration, technology, and the aerospace industry.

There’s no equipment or setup, this is a pure run with our coordinators to support you in a warm, stress-free setting!

1 Mile registration is untimed and includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal! The kid’s dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal for our kids’ dash event! (If your child wants to run the kid’s dash, and doesn’t want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

Whether you prefer running, walking or jogging, the Press Run offers a certified 5K and 10K courses on Bay Street Park with stunning skyline views, plus an exciting Kids’ 1K in Texas City. Don’t miss the fun book character costume contest—there’s something for everyone! You can also check out dozens of vendor booths, listen to live music, and savor delicious food. This event promises to be an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to see you there!

Houston, get ready to run with your PEEPS® once again! The ‘Running With My PEEPS®’ 5K/10K series is making its 3rd annual stop in Houston this year. If you’re eggs-cited for Easter, join thousands from across the country who have completed this awesome holiday weekend kick-off event and show every “bunny” what you’re made of!

The 5th race in our Holiday Series! The Memorial Day 10K and 5K honors the men and women who have given their lives serving in the U.S. Military.

A sweet treat in the summer heat!

Join us on Saturday, July 11, 2026 for the 7th annual Popsicle Dash. This sweet race is the 2nd in a three-race series, all designed to keep you fit and refreshed this summer.

​The Summer Dash Series includes the Lemonade Dash, Popsicle Dash, and Watermelon Dash. All are great family events!

All participants will receive a Firecracker Trek water bottle as their finisher medal.

We wanted to have an event that brought the community together, told Graeme’s story, celebrated other heart babies, and raised money to support heart families by funding life-saving congenital heart defect research.
