The kid’s dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal for our kids’ dash event! (If your child wants to run the kid’s dash, and doesn’t want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

This course runs along the water at surfside beach on the hard packed sand.

The Space City Half debuts on Sunday, April 19, 2026, bringing the same fast, scenic course and smooth logistics as the Houston Turkey Dash to a new spring event. Featuring a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and mile run, it’s the finale of the Lone Star Race Series, following the Sugar Land and Texas City Halfs. Join us for a fun, flat race through Houston’s westside inner-loop and celebrate the close of an epic Texas race season.

Celebrate Veterans Day with our Freedom Run! Kick off the weekend with a fun 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon with friends and family in deep gratitude for the Veterans who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

You can raise funds for a charity of choice (Optional). 100% of the net funds raised will go towards your cause of choice. 

The La Porte By the Bay Half Marathon starts from Sylvan Beach Park by the water, proceeding through La Porte streets and on to the Fred Hartman Bridge, one of the most beautiful and unique structures in Texas. The race finishes at Five Points Plaza where the post-race party awaits with amazing food and cold beer, awards and good times with family, fellow runners and friends. All finishers will receive a medal.
