Every Memoridal Day we meet at the Town Center Park in Kingwood to honor those who gave it all for our freedoms by completing/competing in one of two Hero Races: MURPH / LOREDO, or a Half-Marathon / 5K/10k … 10 and Under fun: Kids Mini-Salute (short mini hero race).

This Cinco de Mayo, challenge yourself and celebrate resilience, community, and culture with the Cinco de Mayo Run Against All Odds! There’s no equipment or setup, this is a pure run with our coordinators to support you in a warm, stress-free setting!

The 2nd Annual Operation Ruck the Bayou will be hosted on Saturday, May 16th, 2026 at Saint Arnold Brewery in Houston, TX. This event will support The Joshua Chamberlain Society’s Houston Chapter.

Ignite your patriotic spirit for America 250 with the Firecracker 5K! Produced by The Woodlands Township Parks & Recreation Department, and sanctioned by USA Track and Field (USATF), this one-time-only footrace will light up The Woodlands Waterway on July 2, 2026. With a scenic route and friendly competition, this chip-timed course is a great way to kick off your Independence Day festivities in The Woodlands. The LifeGift 2nd Chance Run honors organ, eye, and tissue donors in 109 Texas counties in North, Southeast, and West Texas.

This will be Texas’ second location for our signature Lyme Warrior 5K events — joining the growing tradition of community, awareness, and purpose that thousands have experienced across the country.
