This summer, gear up for the Texas Red, White and Blue Half Marathon—the most exhilarating race to hit the Lone Star State! Hosted by Bigfoot Running Company, this event will take you on a breathtaking journey through Texas’ stunning trails, showcasing all the natural beauty our state has to offer.

For all the Coffee Lovers, this run is for you! You’ll love the shirt we send you. Set a goal, bring a friend, and join this super fun 5K/10K/13.1 Half-Marathon! The first 5 runners, we’ll send you some coffee.

There’s no equipment or setup, this is a pure run with our coordinators to support you in a warm, stress-free setting!

Cue the suspense music… it’s time to hit the course, Shark Week style! This high-energy, family-friendly race is splashing onto the scene with ocean vibes, bold fun, and just the right amount of bite.

Hosted by Bigfoot Running Company, Shark Week is where serious miles meet jawsome race-day excitement. Whether you’re cruising the 1 Mile or hunting down a 10K PR, you’ll cross the finish line feeling like the apex runner of the day.

The kid’s dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal for our kids’ dash event! (If your child wants to run the kid’s dash, and doesn’t want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

Started in 1978, this race began to benefit the Brenham High School Athletic program and did so for many years. Today, the run serves a broader community by fostering the physical health of and instilling good character in the youth of Washington County.

Run for the Youth of Washington County sponsors events like the Blue Bell Fun Run, and conducts and provides charitable and other non-profit programs and activities in Washington County. Brenham High School athletes serve as volunteers for the race

Welcome to the ultimate test of endurance and spirit, The Summer Meltdown Half Marathon! Set against the picturesque backdrop of Texas’ stunning parks, this exhilarating race kicks off at 7am, offering a fresh start to your summer day. As the golden sun rises, casting a warm glow over the landscape, you’ll embark on a journey through some of the most beautiful and serene natural settings Texas has to offer.

The race route winds through lush, shaded trails, alongside sparkling rivers, and across rolling hills, providing both a challenge and a feast for the eyes. Despite the early start, the notorious Texas heat will make its presence felt, adding an extra layer of intensity to your run. But fear not, for the course is dotted with well-stocked aid stations, ensuring you stay hydrated and energized as you push your limits.

Texas’ Hottest trail race, the Habanero Hundred was born from a summer long-run gone wrong (ask Race Director Cal) and is now one of the largest trail races in the state, held in August every year with options for many distances and the marquee event being the 100-mile distance.

The relay option will also allow you to run with a team, friends, or family to complete this monumental task. In the first year of the event, we only had ONE finisher in the 100 Mile event, Julie Schmal! Ever since we have put our 100mi finishers’ names printed on the back of the next year’s shirt. Between 2015 and 2024 there have only been 162 finishes of the Habanero Hundred 100mi.

Are you up for the challenge? Maybe start with one of our shorter solo distances or join a team in the highly competitive relay events for either the 100km or 100mi distance relays.

Strut your stuff in a fabulous PINK TUTU, paired with your DIVA RACE SHIRT. As you race, grab a TIARA and BOA along the course to complete your glamorous look. Come join us on Saturday, July 18, 2026, for a fantastic event in support of the Newspapers In Education program! Whether you prefer running, walking or jogging, the Press Run offers a certified 5K and 10K courses on Bay Street Park with stunning skyline views, plus an exciting Kids’ 1K in Texas City. Don’t miss the fun book character costume contest—there’s something for everyone! You can also check out dozens of vendor booths, listen to live music, and savor delicious food. This event promises to be an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to see you there!
