The 29th Annual Sprint for Life 5K and Sprint for Sprouts Kids’ Run will be held near the campus of MD Anderson Cancer Center on May 9, 2026.  Make a difference in the fight against ovarian cancer!

Founded in 1998, Sprint for Life has two missions:  to raise awareness and research funds for ovarian cancer. Hosted by The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Sprint for Life has raised more than $5.8 million for the Blanton-Davis Ovarian Cancer Research Program, one of the world’s leading efforts dedicated to ovarian cancer research.  Funding has allowed researchers to develop new clinical trials, understand the biology of ovarian cancer and develop new therapies for the disease.

Join us on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 for the 7th annual Watermelon Dash. This sweet race is the 3rd in a three-race series, all designed to keep you fit and refreshed this summer.

The Summer Dash Series includes the Lemonade Dash, Popsicle Dash, and Watermelon Dash. All are great family events!

As Memorial Day approaches this May, join us in making a difference for our nation’s heroes by participating in the Legacy of Courage Half Marathon. All proceeds from this inspiring event will benefit The Outdoor Disabled Veterans Program (The ODV), through Knowledge Point Network. This is more than just a race—it’s an opportunity to honor and support disabled veterans by helping them reconnect with the healing power of nature in a community that understands their struggles.

Veterans with physical injuries and those with invisible wounds of war come together through KPN to find healing, support, and camaraderie. The ODV’s programs center around outdoor adventures and therapeutic activities, empowering veterans to overcome challenges and rediscover their independence.

Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, your participation will directly contribute to a cause that changes lives. Together, we can give back to those who’ve given so much for our freedom.

The kid’s dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal for our kids’ dash event! (If your child wants to run the kid’s dash, and doesn’t want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

The Magnolia Days Run is part of Magnolia Days Festival in beautiful and charming Columbus, Texas. The Festival begins on Friday and the run kicks off the beginning of Saturday Festivities. The route runs through the neighborhood adjacent to down and starts and finishes at Hound Song Brewery. There will be one water stop around the halfway point. The 5K is mostly flat, very shaded by large oak trees. The kids mile is a straight out and back. All ADULT runners with proper ID receive a free beer courtesy of Hound Song, and a performance fabric event t- shirt.

As the golden sun rises, casting a warm glow over the landscape, you’ll embark on a journey through some of the most beautiful and serene natural settings Texas has to offer.

The race route winds through lush, shaded trails, alongside sparkling rivers, and across rolling hills, providing both a challenge and a feast for the eyes. Despite the early start, the notorious Texas heat will make its presence felt, adding an extra layer of intensity to your run. But fear not, for the course is dotted with well-stocked aid stations, ensuring you stay hydrated and energized as you push your limits.
