The kid’s dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal for our kids’ dash event! (If your child wants to run the kid’s dash, and doesn’t want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)

We love the 4th so much that we start celebrating Independence Day the week before!! Join us for the 10th annual Independence Day 8K! Freedom is a wonderful thing!

Join the fight against hunger by participating in Montgomery County Food Bank’s annual Outrun Hunger event, featuring a 8K & 5K Trail Run | 1K Color Dash : Presented By H-E-B. The event’s proceeds benefit Montgomery County Food Bank’s programs for children, seniors, and families facing hunger in Montgomery County. This community-wide event offers summer fun for all ages. All event long at the Party Pavilion, you’ll enjoy music, food trucks, photo ops, a kids zone, and more. We encourage all participants to set up a fundraiser to make your impact go even further. Every $1 raised provides up to 4 meals. Let’s make a colorful dash into summer!

For more than 25 years, the Alexandria Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has supported scholarships and educational initiatives across the greater Houston area. Each year, the ‘06K Race extends that mission through charitable giving. In 2026, proceeds will support local Autism nonprofits Hope for Three and Seensory and Me Ministries, organizations dedicated to serving individuals with Autism and their families through advocacy, education, and inclusive programming.

Join us for the 10th Annual Autism Speaks Houston 8K/5K/1K on Saturday, November 15, at Saint Arnold Brewing Company or wherever you are, to show your support for people with autism. Your fundraising efforts will empower our work to promote solutions for the needs of people with autism and their families – including those in urgent need of resources right now – and fuel our continued commitment to create a kinder, more inclusive world for people with autism.
